Lumen Room Plano is located at 703 K Ave, Plano, TX 75074. This 1600-square-foot space offers a modern white-washed aesthetic with windows that face east and south. Lumen Room Plano has direct light in the mornings (that can be diffused with our softbox shades) and diffuse light until dusk.

CANCELLATIONS

At The Lumen Room, your reservation time is set aside just for you. Because our studios operate by appointment only, we’ve created the following policy to ensure fairness for all guests.

Cancellations

Cancel 72+ Hours Before Your Session: You’ll receive a full credit for the amount paid, which can be used to book a future session.

Cancel Within 72 Hours of Your Session: You’ll receive a 50% credit toward a future booking. The remaining 50% is forfeited.

No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations: Reservations canceled at or after the start time — or missed entirely — are not eligible for credit or refund.

Refunds

We understand plans can change. Refunds are only available if you cancel within 24 hours of making your original booking, and your session date is still at least 72 hours away.

After 24 hours from booking, all payments become non-refundable and fall under our credit policy above.

Rescheduling

Need to move your session? You may reschedule once at no charge if you request the change at least 72 hours before your session, subject to availability.

    Reschedule requests made within 72 hours are treated as a cancellation and follow the credit policy outlined above.

Credits

    Credits are issued as a code sent via email.

    Credits can be used toward future bookings at the issuing location.

    Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    Expiration dates may apply.

BAREFOOT PICTURES

Our changeover hosts are able to tidy things up, sweep, vacuum, wipe mirrors, etc. during changeover buffers but they are not able to mop or use wet products between shoots. Detailed cleaning and mopping are done at the end of the day to avoid safety hazards due to the amount of time needed for the floors to fully dry. For this reason we encourage guests to use slippers or wipes if they plan to walk around the space and shoot barefoot poses. Any direct skin contact with the floor in our spaces should come with similar expectations as a retail store with light foot traffic.
