Lumen Room Denton: White is located at 1217 E University Dr, Denton, TX 76209. This 1000-square-foot industrial space offers a unique white-washed aesthetic. The 2 large garage windows face south. Small north-facing windows balance out the light for an evenly bright look throughout the day.

FOR VIDEO: 1217 E. University Dr. is Highway 380 so if silence is necessary, this location will drive you crazy. The road noise is audible and constant.

Barefoot Pictures

Our changeover hosts are able to tidy things up, sweep, vacuum, wipe mirrors, etc. during changeover buffers but they are not able to mop or use wet products between shoots. Detailed cleaning and mopping are done at the end of the day to avoid safety hazards due to the amount of time needed for the floors to fully dry. For this reason we encourage guests to use slippers or wipes if they plan to walk around the space and shoot barefoot poses. Any direct skin contact with the floor in our spaces should come with similar expectations as a retail store with light foot traffic.

cancellations

You can change or cancel your Studio reservation with no additional charge at any time 3 hours before your reservation is set to begin by contacting hq@thelumenroom.com or cancelling from your original confirmation email. Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the amount of hours booked that can be applied towards a future reservation with us. Your credit will expire 18 months from the date of the original reservation. Cancellations and rescheduling requests received within 3 hours of the start time of your reservation will not be given a credit.

No refunds will be given.
